Objective To investigate the effect of in-hospital transport scheme based on early warning evaluation outcome in emergency patients with critical illness. Methods A total of 900 emergency critical patients were selected from June to December 2023,and were divided into reference group(traditional in-hospital transport care)and study group(in-hospital transport scheme based on early warning evaluation outcome)by random number table method,450 cases each. The transport efficiency, transport quality and the occurrence of adverse events during transport were observed in the two groups, and the satisfaction of re-ceiving departments and family members on transport nursing was assessed. Results Transport time and detention time of observa-tion room in study group were shorter than those in reference group(P<0.05).The safe transport rate and pass rate of patients in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events during transport in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The transport satisfaction scores of the receiving departments and patients'families in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The in-hospital transport scheme based on early warning evaluation outcome can improve the efficiency and quality of in-hospital transport of emer-gency critical patients, reduce adverse events during transport, and improve the transport satisfaction of receiving departments and family members.
