摘要
目的 探讨5E康复模式的早期康复训练对脑梗死患者认知功能、运动功能及生活质量的影响.方法 采取便利抽样法,选取2022年3月-2023年3月我院脑梗死患者88例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各44例.对照组实施常规康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上实施5E康复模式的早期康复训练,干预时间为3个月.比较两组干预前后认知功能、运动功能、日常生活能力及生活质量.结果 观察组干预后Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表评分、改良Barthel指数(MBI)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、简明智能精神状态检验量表(MMSE)评分及脑卒中患者生活质量量表评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 5E康复模式的早期康复训练能有效提升脑梗死患者认知功能及运动功能,改善患者生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of early rehabilitation training using the 5E rehabilitation model on cognitive function,motor function,and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 88 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023.The patients were randomly divided into an ob-servation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation,while the observation group received early rehabilitation training using the 5E rehabilitation model for a dura-tion of 3 months.The cognitive function,motor function,and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after the in-tervention.Results After intervention,the Fugl Meyer Motor Function Assessment Scale score,Modified Barthel Index(MBI),Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)score,Mini Mental State Test(MMSE)score,and Quality of Life Scale score of stroke patients in the observation group were significantly improved compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training using the 5E rehabilitation model can effectively improve cognitive and motor functions in patients with cerebral infarction,thereby improving their quality of life.
