Analysis of the Current Status and Influencing Factors of Cancer-related Cognitive Dysfunction in Cervical Cancer Patients
Objective To explore the current status and influencing factors of cancer-related cognitive dysfunction in cer-vical cancer patients. Methods From June 2022 to December 2023,we will select cervical cancer patients treated at our hospital as research subjects. We will conduct surveys on patients using general information questionnaires, the Montreal Cognitive Assessment scale, and the Perception Deficit Survey.Multiple linear regression analysis will be used to identify factors influencing cognitive dys-function related to cancer in cervical cancer patients. Results 130 cases of cervical cancer patients in Montreal scored an average of(20.59±2.47)on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale.42.31%of cervical cancer patients exhibit cognitive impairment. Results from multiple linear regression analysis indicate that age, education level, oral medication intake, recurrence status, and per-ceptual defects are influencing factors of cognitive impairment related to cancer in cervical cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of cancer-related cognitive dysfunction in cervical cancer patients is high, and clinical medical staff should pay at-tention to the influence of age, education level, oral medication intake, recurrence status, and perceptual defects on cancer-related cognitive dysfunction in patients, and provide targeted care to reduce the occurrence of cancer-related cognitive dysfunction.
