Analysis of the Current Status and Influencing Factors of Health-related Hardiness in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage during the Rrecovery Stage
Objective To investigate the health-related hardiness of patients with cerebral hemorrhage during the recovery stage,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods 226 patients with cerebral hemorrhage during the recovery stage from April 2022 to November 2023 were investigated using the general situation survey,Health-related Hardiness Scale(HRHS),Barthel in-dex(BI),Acceptance of Disability Scale(ADS),Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)and Family APGAR Index(FAI).Results The health-related hardiness of patients with cerebral hemorrhage during the recovery stage was(109.79±17.75)points;multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,residence,BI score,the total score of disability acceptance,negative coping,family care were main influencing factors of health-related hardiness,which could predict 55.7%total variation.Conclu-sion The health-related hardiness of patients with cerebral hemorrhage during the recovery stage is at a moderate to low level.Nursing staff should pay attention to evaluating the health-related hardiness of patients with cerebral hemorrhage during the recovery stage,focusing on young,rural,and low BI index score patients,and pay attention to improving their disability acceptance and fam-ily care,guide them to avoid negative coping,thereby enhancing their health-related hardiness.
