中青年脑卒中患者配偶恐惧疾病进展现状及影响因素研究

摘要
目的 调查中青年脑卒中患者配偶恐惧疾病进展的现状,并分析其影响因素,为开展中青年脑卒中患者配偶的心理干预提供依据.方法 采用方便抽样法,选取 2021 年 10 月-2022 年 5 月我科中青年脑卒中住院患者的配偶 117名为调查对象.采用一般资料调查表、配偶恐惧疾病进展量表、医院焦虑抑郁量表、社会支持评定量表进行调查.结果 中青年脑卒中患者配偶恐惧疾病进展得分为(32.98±8.88)分,处于中等水平.多元线性回归分析结果显示,性别、焦虑、抑郁是中青年脑卒中患者配偶恐惧疾病进展的影响因素(P<0.05).结论 中青年脑卒中患者配偶恐惧疾病进展处于中等水平,医护人员应根据影响因素针对性的实施干预措施,降低其恐惧疾病进展水平.
Abstract
Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of disease fear in spouses of young and middle-aged stroke patients,providing a basis for subsequent psychological intervention research on young and middle-aged stroke patients'spou-ses.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 117 spouses of young and middle-aged stroke patients in our department from October 2021 to May 2022 as the survey subjects.The survey was conducted using with general information questionnaire,FOP-Q-SF/P,hospital anxiety and depression scale and social support rating scale.Results The spouse of young and middle-aged stroke patients had a score of(32.98±8.88),which was at a moderate level.Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that gender,anxiety and depression were the influencing factors of disease fear progression in spouses of young and middle-aged stroke patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The progression of disease fear in spouses of young and middle-aged stroke patients is at a moderate level,and medical staff need to implement targeted interventions to reduce their fear progression level.
