Objective To explore the effects of multiple perception education on disease perception and self-management ability of AIDS patients.Methods Convenient sampling selected 154 AIDS patients admitted to the Infectious Diseases Department of Xuzhou Seventh People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023,and classified 77 patients admitted from May 2021 to November 2022 as the control group,and 77 patients admitted from December 2021 to May 2023 as the observation group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group was given multi-sensory education on this basis.The changes of disease perception,self-management ability and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared before and after intervention for four weeks.Results After the multiple perception education intervention,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the self-management score was higher than the control group(P<0.05);and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multiple perception education in the clinical care of AIDS patients can effectively improve the level of disease perception and self-management ability,improve treatment compliance,and obtain high-quality prognosis for patients is of great significance,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
