Objective To explore the effect of multi-dimensional rehabilitation intervention integrating stress system theory on patients with aphasia after Moyamoya disease.Meth-ods A total of 154 patients with aphasia who received moy-amoya disease treatment in our hospital from July 2021 to Janu-ary 2024 were randomly divided into the study group and the conventional group. The patients in the conventional group received basic nursing care, and the study group received multidimen-sional rehabilitation intervention integrating stress system theory. The language function, negative emotion and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of language function, negative emotion and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the scores of language function and quality of life in the study group were(131.02±9.51)scores and(74.59±6.23)scores,respec-tively,which were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.01).The scores of anxiety and depression were(5.32±0.64)points and(5.41±1.25)points,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.001).Conclusion Multi-dimensional rehabilitation intervention integrating stress system theory can significantly improve the rehabilitation effect of language function in patients with aphasia after Moyamoya disease surgery, and has important significance in reducing negative emotions and improving the quality of life of patients.
