3D硅胶唇裂手术模型在口腔颌面外科教学中的应用

目的:探讨具有高度仿真性和真实触觉反馈的 3D硅胶唇裂手术模型在口腔颌面外科教学中的应用.方法:选取武汉大学 2019 级口腔医学专业学生 40 名,按照单纯随机法分为实验组和传统组,每组 20 人.两组均按照教学流程先进行理论讲授,观看操作视频;传统组采用在橡胶手套上勾勒唇裂简笔画进行定点,而实验组采用 3D硅胶唇裂手术模型进行定点,2 组均在指导老师确认后进行唇裂整复术的切开和缝合操作.唇裂整复术完成后,由3 位教师对两组学生进行口腔颌面外科知识点的理论及技能考核,同时对学生发放调查问卷,对 2 组模型进行唇裂整复术的效果进行评价.结果:两组均顺利完成教学课程,实验组学生取得了更优异的理论成绩,并在技能考核中的模型定点和手术操作上更符合临床标准化的要求,术后上唇对称性等指标评分均高于传统组(P<0.01).调查问卷结果显示,与传统组相比,在唇裂模型的评价和唇裂手术精准操作的项目评分上有显著性差异,在项目 1"所用的模型提升了操作的精确度"、项目5"能掌握肌肉解剖分离的方法"、项目7"对今后的唇裂整复临床操作更有信心"等项目上评分均明显高于传统组(P<0.01).结论:口腔颌面外科教学中应用 3D硅胶唇裂手术模型,可有效提高学生的学习兴趣,提升教学质量.
Application of 3D silicone cleft lip surgery model in oral and maxillofacial surgery education
Objective:To explore the application value of 3D silicone cleft lip surgery model with high simulation and realistic tactile feedback in oral and maxillofacial surgery teaching.Methods:Forty undergraduates majoring in stomatolo-gy of Wuhan University from 2019 were enrolled and randomly divided into the experimental group and the conventional group,with 20 students in each group.Both groups first gave theoretical lectures according to the teaching process,watched operation videos,and then the traditional group outlined the cleft lip on rubber gloves for fixed-point positioning.The experi-mental group used a 3D silicone cleft lip surgery model for fixed-point positioning.Both groups underwent incision and suture operations for cleft lip surgery after confirmation by the teacher.After the completion of cleft lip surgery,three teachers will conduct theoretical and skill assessments on oral and maxillofacial surgery knowledge for two groups of students.At the same time,a questionnaire will be distributed to students to evaluate the effectiveness of cleft lip surgery on the two groups of mod-els.Results:Both groups successfully completed the teaching course,and the experimental group students achieved better the-oretical results.They also met the requirements of clinical standardization in model positioning and surgical operations in skill assessment.The scores of postoperative upper lip symmetry and other indicators were higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.01).The survey results show that there were significant differences in the evaluation of the cleft lip model and the rat-ing of the cleft lip operation items compared to the traditional group.The scores on items 1,"The model used improved the accuracy of the operation",item 5,"Being able to master the method of muscle dissection separation",and item 7,"More confidence in future clinical operations of cleft lip surgery"were significantly higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of 3D silicone cleft lip surgery model in oral and maxillofacial surgery teaching can ef-fectively enhance students'learning interest and improve teaching quality.
