摘要
膀胱癌是泌尿系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一.相关研究指出,人乳头状瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染可能与膀胱癌的发生发展有一定的病因相关性.然而,HPV感染与膀胱癌之间的关系仍存在争议和不确定,至今仍未达成共识.因此,本文收集整理相关文献资料,阐述HPV在膀胱肿瘤的致病机制,综述HPV感染与膀胱癌的流行病学和病理特征研究,为膀胱癌的早诊早治提供理论依据和新的思路.
Abstract
Bladder cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the urinary system.Relevant studies have pointed out that human papillomavirus(HPV)infection may have some etiological correlation with the occur-rence and development of bladder cancer.However,the relationship between HPV infection and bladder cancer is still controversial and uncertain,and no consensus has been reached so far.Therefore,this article collects and col-lates relevant literature,expounds the pathogenic mechanism of HPV in bladder cancer,reviews the epidemiologi-cal and pathological characteristics of HPV infection and bladder cancer,in order to provide theoretical basis and new ideas for early diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer.
