排石散联合坦索罗新缓解输尿管支架管相关临床症状的效果分析

摘要
目的:观察排石散联合坦索罗新治疗输尿管镜碎石术后输尿管支架相关不适的临床效果.方法:选取2022年3月-2023年4月于九江市第一人民医院接受输尿管镜碎石术和输尿管支架置入术的100例患者进行研究,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例.治疗组使用排石散联合坦索罗新口服方案,对照组使用盐酸坦索罗新口服方案.使用输尿管支架症状问卷评分表(USSQ)对患者在输尿管支架管置入当天(T1)和拔除当天/输尿管支架管置入后2周(T2)进行临床症状评估.结果:100例患者均完成术后随访和问卷评估.在输尿管支架放置前和取出后的USSQ评分中,2组在改善尿路症状、性生活能力评分、工作状况和附加问题评分方面差异无统计学意义.然而,在一般健康状况和躯体疼痛方面差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:与单独使用坦索罗辛相比,排石散联合坦索罗新治疗可以改善输尿管支架不适相关的尿路症状,但不优于坦索罗辛治疗组.2组在USSQ评分上没有显著差异.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Paishi powder combined with tamsulosin on the treat-ment of ureteral stent-related discomfort after ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods:From March 2022 to April 2023,100 patients who underwent ureteroscopic lithotripsy and ureteral stent placement in Jiujiang No.1 People's Hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The treat-ment group was given Paishi powder combined with tamsulosin oral regimen,and the control group was given ta-msulosin hydrochloride oral regimen.Ureteral Stent Symptom Questionnaire(USSQ)was used to assess the clini-cal symptoms of patients on the day of ureteral stent placement(T1)and on the day of removal/2 weeks after ure-teral stent placement(T2).Results:All patients were completed the postoperative follow-up and questionnaire e-valuation.There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the improvement of urinary tract symptoms,sexual ability scores,work status,or additional problem scores in the USSQ scores before stent placement and after stent removal.However,there were significant differences in general health status and somat-ic pain(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Compared with tamsulosin alone,Paishi powder combined with tamsulosin can improve the urinary tract symptoms related to ureteral stent discomfort,but it is not superior to tamsulosin alone.There were no significant differences in USSQ scores between the two groups.
