摘要
淋巴结转移是膀胱癌的主要转移类型,影响患者治疗方式的选择和预后的判断.肌层浸润性膀胱癌易发生淋巴结转移,根治性膀胱切除术加盆腔淋巴结清扫术是其标准治疗术式,但淋巴结清扫的范围一直存在争议.了解膀胱癌淋巴结清扫的研究进展,有助于做出最佳的临床决策.
Abstract
Lymph node metastasis is the main type of metastasis in bladder cancer,which affects the choice of treatment and prognosis of patients.Muscle-invasive bladder cancer is prone to lymph node metastasis,and radical cystectomy with pelvic lymph node dissection is the standard treatment procedure for it.However,the extent of lymph node dissection has been controversial.Understanding research advances in lymph node dissection for blad-der cancer can help make the best clinical decisions.
