摘要
从细胞凋亡到坏死性凋亡到焦亡,再发展到现在的铁死亡和铜死亡.细胞死亡相关研究在肿瘤中的作用至关重要,铁死亡作为一种铁离子依赖性的程序性细胞死亡,其特征包括脂质过氧化物(lipid peroxide,LPO)、活性氧自由基(reactive oxygen species,ROS)和铁的积聚,靶向铁死亡作为肾癌治疗的替代研究策略已得到较多关注.寻找铁死亡相关生物标志物用于诊断和预测肾癌预后对于提高肾癌的预后是十分必要的.
Abstract
The study on cell death plays an important role in tumor,from apoptosis to necroptosis to pyroptosis,and then to ferroptosis and cuproptosis.Ferroptosis,as a kind of iron-dependent programmed cell death,is characterized by lipid peroxide(LPO),reactive oxygen species(ROS)and iron accumulation.Targeted ferroptosis has received much at-tention as an alternative research strategy for the treatment of renal cell carcinoma.It is necessary to look for biomarkers related to ferroptosis to diagnose and predict the prognosis of renal cell carcinoma
