Application of intelligent controlled negative pressure suction combined with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi
Objective:To investigate the application of intelligent controlled negative pressure suction com-bined with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi.Methods:Ninety pa-tients with upper urinary tract calculi treated in Qujing Second People's Hospital of Yunnan from April 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into 45 cases in each group by random num-ber method.The control group was treated with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy,while the observation group was treated with intelligent controlled negative pressure suction combined with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy.The clinical efficacy,the results of lithotripsy,surgical treatment,renal function(serum creatinine[Scr],urea ni-trogen[BUN],β2-microglobulin[β2-MG])and inflammatory factor levels(C-reactive protein[CRP],interleukin-6[IL-6],procalcitonin[PCT])of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group significantly increased(88.89％vs 100.00％,x2=11.764,P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the proportion of patients with residual stone in the observation group significantly decreased at the end of operation,7 days after operation and 1 month after operation(x2=7.328,6.870,11.764,all P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the mean operation time,mean hospital stay and postoperative values of Scr,BUN,β2-MG,CRP,IL-6 and PCT in observation group significantly decreased(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of intelligent controlled negative pressure suction combined with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy in upper urinary tract calculi can improve the surgical treatment effect,reduce the rate of residual stone,reduce renal injury and inflammatory reaction,shorten the operation time and hospital stay,and contribute to postoperative recovery.
