摘要
唾液酸(sialic acid,SA)是一种以九碳单位神经氨酸为主链的单糖,存在于细胞膜上糖蛋白和糖脂碳水化合物的末端基团.SA参与多种至关重要的细胞结构组成,如细胞与细胞间的连接、细胞膜上糖蛋白的构象和受体分子上的抗原决定因子等.SA及其相关分子的异常表达是促进肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸和免疫抑制的重要因素,也与肿瘤的转移有关.膀胱癌(bladder cancer,BC)是一种高度免疫原性的肿瘤,近年来SA在BC中的作用已经获得了相当大的研究进展.本文系统性梳理近年来关于SA的结构、作用机制及其在BC诊断和预后中作用相关文献,评价SA作为BC患者预后标志和治疗靶点的潜力.
Abstract
Sialic acid(SA)is a monosaccharide with the main chain of nine-carbon neuraminic acid,which forms the terminal group on the chain of glycoproteins and glycolipids carbohydrates in cell membranes.SA plays a crucial role in various cell structures,such as cell-to-ell connections,conformations of glycoproteins on cell membranes and antigenic determinants on receptor molecules.The abnormal expression of SA and its related mol-ecules are the important factors in tumor immune escape and immunosuppressive microenvironment,promoting the migration of cancer cell.Bladder cancer(BC)is a tumor with high immunogenicity.The role of SA in the BC has received considerable research progress in recent years.This paper systematically makes generalizations about the mechanisms and structures of SA,as well as their role in the diagnosis and prognosis of BC from recent litera-ture,and evaluates the potential of SA as a prognostic marker and therapeutic target for BC patients.
