摘要
炎症反应是恶性肿瘤发生、发展和转移的重要因素.中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio,NLR)与肾细胞癌患者的预后密切相关,且已被证实可以预测各种实体瘤的结果.本文就NLR在肾细胞癌中的研究进展进行综述,旨在更好地预测肾细胞癌预后及指导治疗决策.
Abstract
Inflammation is an important factor in the occurrence,development and metastasis of malignant tumors.Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)is closely related to the prognosis of patients with renal cell carci-noma and has been proved to be able to predict the outcome of various solid tumors.This article reviews the re-search progress of NLR in renal cell carcinoma,in order to better predict the prognosis and guide the treatment decision of renal cell carcinoma.
