尿液挥发性有机化合物在膀胱癌无创诊断技术中的研究进展

摘要
膀胱癌的无创诊断是当下的研究热点.尿液中挥发性有机化合物的组分受到机体代谢等因素影响,因此通过大型分析仪器或电子鼻传感器检测尿液中的挥发性有机物可以对膀胱癌患者进行高效识别.众多研究证实了该途径的可行性,尿液挥发物组学在膀胱癌无创诊断领域中具有良好发展前景.未来相关研究应在实验设计上克服样本量不足、控制混杂因素,采用更严谨的方法对样本进行组分分析.
Abstract
Currently a non-invasive diagnostic approach to bladder cancer is a research hotspot.Since volatile organic compounds can be products of metabolic processes,a lot of studies used analytical instruments or e-nose sensor to study urine volatilomics and proved the viability of this approach.Urine volatilomics shows great poten-tial in bladder cancer diagnosis.In future,researchers need to overcome challenges like insufficient cohort size and unadjusted confounding factors,and apply more rigorous methods for annotation of volatile organic compounds.
