摘要
纳米药物作为一种新型的治疗手段,不仅为泌尿系肿瘤的诊治提供了新思路,而且在泌尿系良性疾病上的治疗潜力也逐年显现.其优势在于既能提高药物的控释能力又能直接作用于病变组织避免全身性的毒副作用.当然不可忽略的是现有纳米药物在稳定性、载药能力和毒性等方面仍存在不足,需进一步优化.本文就泌尿系统良性疾病的特性、纳米药物临床应用等进行综述,并着重介绍近年来的基础和临床研究概况,以期为后续的研究方向提供参考.
Abstract
Nanomedicine,as an emerging therapeutic approach,not only offers new perspectives for the diag-nosis and treatment of genitourinary tumors but also demonstrates increasing potential in the treatment of benign urological conditions.Its advantages lie in enhancing drug delivery capabilities while directly targeting diseased tis-sues to avoid systemic toxicity.However,current nanomedicines still face challenges such as stability,drug-load-ing capacity,and toxicity,which require further optimization.This review discusses the characteristics of benign urological diseases,clinical applications of nanotherapy,and emphasizes recent advances in both basic and clinical research,aiming to guide future research directions.
