微小核糖核酸在肝细胞癌中的作用研究进展

微小核糖核酸(micro ribonucleic acid,miRNA)是指一类具有约 22 个核苷酸的高度保守的内源性非编码RNA。大量研究表明,其在肝细胞癌的发生发展进程中扮演了极为重要的角色,可作为肝细胞癌相关基因表达的调控分子,部分也参与激活细胞信号转导通路来影响肝细胞癌发生发展。本文就miRNA在肝细胞癌中的作用研究进展作一综述,以期能够为寻找肝细胞癌的诊断标志物以及研究分子靶向药物提供思路。
Research progress on the role of micro ribonucleic acid in hepatocellular carcinoma
Micro ribonucleic acid(miRNA)refer to a highly conserved class of endogenous non-coding RNA,each composed of approximately 22 nucleotides.Numerous studies have demonstrated that miRNAs play a crucial role in the initiation and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).MiRNAs function as regulatory molecules in the context of gene expression related to HCC.Some miRNAs also participate in the activation of cellular signaling pathways,and these pathways contribute to the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma.The review provides an overview of the research progress on the role of miRNAs in hepatocellular carcinoma,aiming to contribute insights into the identification of diagnostic markers for HCC and the exploration of molecular-targeted therapies.
