基于叙事理论的亲情护理对成人癫痫患者自我管理能力的影响

摘要
目的 探讨基于叙事理论的亲情护理服务干预对成人癫痫患者自我管理能力的影响.方法 选取2020年8月至2022年8月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院神经内科收治的100例成人癫痫患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例.对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以基于叙事理论的亲情护理.比较两组成人癫痫患者的自我管理能力、生活质量及心理状态等.结果 经两种不同方式护理后,观察组患者的自我管理能力评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者的生活质量得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者的焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 基于叙事理论的亲情护理服务干预可以强化成人癫痫患者的自我管理能力,提升患者的睡眠质量及生活质量,并可缓解患者的不良情绪,改善其心理状态,缩短其康复进程.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of narrative theory-based kindred-like nursing intervention on self-management ability of adult patients with epilepsy.Methods A total of 100 adult patients with epilepsy were selected as research subjects from the department of Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from August 2020 to August 2022.They were randomly divided into control and observation groups(50 cases/group).Control group received routine nursing,while observation group was given narrative theory-based kindred-like nursing.Self-management ability,quality of life,and psychological status were compared between two groups of adult patients with epilepsy.Results After two different nursing,the self-management a-bility score was significantly higher in observation group than that in control group(P＜0.05).The quality of life was significantly higher in observation group than that in control group(P＜0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Narrative theory-based kindred-like nursing intervention may reinforce the self-management ability of adult patients with epilepsy,improve sleep quality and the quality of life of the patients,alleviate their negative emotions,improve their psycho-logical state and shorten their rehabilitation process.
