Objective To investigate the treatment of neonatal depressed skull fracture with fetal head aspirator.Methods The clinical data of a neonate with large area depressed skull fracture admitted to the First Peolple's Hospital of Longnan were analyzed retrospectively,and the related literature were reviewed.Results The female neonate was found to have a large area depressed fracture of skull immediately after childbirth by cesarean section.After 10 hours,she was reduced by negative pressure suction of fetal head aspirator.Conclusions The negative pressure suction of fetal head aspirator is safe and reliable in the treatment of neonatal depressed fracture of skull,which can provide reference for the treatment of similar cases.
