Taxonomy of Collybiopsis spp.and Gymnopus spp.in China
The genera Collybiopsis and Gymnopus belong to Agaricales and Omphalotaceae,often growing on forest floor,dead leaves,or rotten wood.Some species have important economic value.The study on the collection of Collybiopsis and Gymnopus in China were conducted here based on the methods of mor-phological observation and phylogenetic studies.A total of 18 species were reported,including one new combined species Collybiopsis attenuata and three new records to China(Collybiopsis longistipes,Colly-biopsis subomphalus and Gymnopus hirtelloides).The distribution records of known species in China and the reference sequences for molecular identification of Collybiopsis and Gymnopus were provided,which will provide scientific basis for further investigation on the species resources of Collybiopsis and Gymnopus in China.
