Clinical study on hemodynamic type of essential hypertension
Objective To study the guiding role of hemodynamic classification in the treatment of primary hypertension and explore the clinical value of hemodynamic classification in primary hypertension. Methods This study selected 400 patients with primary hypertension who were treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015,aged 40~65 years old,for the study. The patients were randomly divided into a study group and a control group, with 200 cases in each group. At the same time,200 healthy individuals of the same age group in our hospital were selected as the normal group for determining the normal value range. The control group received medication according to guidelines and clinical experience, while the study group divided patients into four types based on cardiac output and total peripheral force:type Ⅰ,type Ⅱ,type Ⅲ,and type Ⅳ:high output positive resistance, low output high resistance, positive output high resistance, and high output high resistance.Observe the composition ratio of each type in the research group,as well as the blood changes and blood pressure compliance rate before and after treatment in both groups. Results The hemodynamic classification of hypertensive patients is positive stroke resistance>high stroke resistance>low stroke resistance>high stroke resistance. After treatment, the average systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There were 147 patients with standard blood pressure in the research group, accounting for 73.5%,and 103 patients with standard blood pressure in the control group, accounting for 51.5%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(x 2=20.651,P=0.000).Conclusions Typing hypertensive patients based on hemodynamic indicators and guiding clinical medication can improve treatment effectiveness and have clinical promotion value.
