Evaluation of myocardial contractile function and its application in patients with complete left bundle branch block by dot tracking echocardiography
Left Bundle Branch block(LBBB)is a common pathology of the cardiac conduction system that can cause left ventricular remodelling and dysfunction, inducing heart failure and leading to a poor prognosis.Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy(CRT)is its treatment, but there are differences in post-procedure response, which may be attributed to the classification of LBBB,and patients with True Left Bundle Branch block(TLBBB)are more likely to benefit from CRT.Speckle Tracking Echocardiography(STE)can assess the changes in myocardial mechanical motion patterns, accurately evaluate left ventricular synchronization and cardiac function, and has important application value in the prediction and follow-up of CRT treatment.
