The expression of markers of myocardial injury and NT-proBNP in patients with acute myocardial infarction and the clinical significance of combined detection
Objective To investigate the expression level of cTnⅠ,CK-MB and NT-proBNP in serum of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and the diagnostic value of three combined tests. Methods One hundred and twenty AMI patients admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as AMI group,60 patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected as angina group and 60 healthy volunteers as control group. The serum levels of cTnⅠ,CK-MB,NT-proBNP in each group were compared, and the serum levels of cTnⅠ,CK-MB,NT-proBNP in different time periods in AMI group were analyzed. Results The serum cTnⅠ,CK-MB and NT-proBNP in AMI group were significantly higher than those in angina pectoris group and control group(P<0.001);the serum cTnⅠ,CK-MB and NT-proBNP in angina pectoris group and control group had no significant difference(P>0.05);cTnⅠ,CK-MB and NT-proBNP continued to increase after 2,6 and 12 hours of admission(P<0.05),reached the peak level after 12 hours of admission, and then began to decline gradually and began to increase after 12 hours of admission. It returned to normal level 5 days after admission. The AUC,sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values of the three indexes were higher than those of cTnⅠ,CK-MB and NT-proBNP(P<0.05).Conclusions cTnⅠ,CK-MB and NT-proBNP are highly expressed in the serum of patients with AMI and show dynamic changes with the progress of the disease. The combined detection of cTnⅠ,CK-MB and NT-proBNP is of great value for the early diagnosis, treatment and improvement of prognosis of AMI.
