Current Status and Future Prospects of Artificial Intelligence-Assisted Electrocardiogram Diagnosis

摘要
心电图(Electrocardiogram,ECG)作为一种辅助检查应用于体检、疾病筛查、病情评估以及术后随访等方方面面.与此同时,近年来人工智能技术逐渐兴起.在这一技术浪潮下,人工智能辅助心电图诊断(Artificial intelligence-enabled Electrocardiogram,AI-ECG)正展现出广泛的应用前景.在这里,我们简要概述人工智能心电图技术在心律失常、心肌缺血和心肌梗死、心血管系统的其他情况以及心血管系统以外情况的应用,并由此讨论相关的研究前景.
Abstract
The electrocardiogram(ECG),as a supplementary examination,is applied in various aspects such as physical examinations,disease screening,condition assessment,and postoperative follow-up.Meanwhile,in recent years,artificial intelligence technology has been gradually on the rise.Under this technological wave,artificial intelligence-assisted electrocardiogram diagnosis(AI-ECG)is showing broad prospects for application.Here,we briefly outline the applications of artificial intelligence in electrocardiography technology in arrhythmias,myocardial ischemia and infarction,other conditions related to the cardiovascular system,as well as situations beyond the cardiovascular system.Subsequently,we discuss the relevant research prospects.
