摘要
心电图和超声心动图检查都是心血管疾病常用的无创检查项目,两者从不同方面反映心脏的功能状态,一起对疾病的诊断、严重程度评估和预后判断发挥重要作用.本文介绍了心电图医师应掌握的超声心动图知识,以期提高心电图医师对心脏结构、功能和血流动力学的理解,提高患者照护的质量.
Abstract
Electrocardiogram and echocardiogram are both non-invasive examinations widely used in clinical practice.They help to reflect underlying cardiac physiological and pathophysiological status from different perspectives,and play indispensable roles in the management of patients.We herein describe the elementary echocardiographic knowledge the electrocardiogram doctor should bear in mind,in the hope of enhancing their understanding of cardiac structure,function and hemodynamic state,improving the quality of patient care.
