目的 探讨频发房性早搏未下传Lorenz散点图特征,为快速诊断相关病例奠定基础.方法 选择具有频发房早未下传的典型病例,对其RR间期的变化规律进行分析,总结频发房性早搏未下传的Lorenz散点图特征.结果 在Lorenz散点图中,房性早搏未下传前点位于慢减速区,房性早搏未下传后点位于慢加速区,两者以45°等速线大致对称,房性早搏未下传二联律位于45°等速线远端.结论 频发房性早搏未下传的Lorenz散点图特征明显,有较强规律性,心电图诊断医师可以利用Lorenz散点图对其快速鉴别诊断.
Abstract
Objective To explore the Lorenz plot characteristics of frequent atrial premature failing beats,laying the foundation for rapid diagnosis of related cases.Methods The typical cases with frequent atrial premature failing beats were selected,the change pattern of RR interval was analyzed,and the Lorenz plot characteristics of frequent atrial premature failing beats were summarized.Results In the Lorenz plot,the anterior point of atrial premature failing beats is located in the slow deceleration area,the posterior point of atrial premature failing beats is located in the slow acceleration area,the two are roughly symmetrical with the 45° line,and the bigeminy of atrial premature failing beats is located in the distal end of the 45° line.Conclusions The Lorenz plot with frequent atrial premature failing beats has obvious characteristics and strong regularity,and the electrocardiogram diagnostic physician can use the Lorenz plot to make rapid differential diagnosis.
