摘要
目的 探讨医联体中远程心电图在西藏错那市中心医院的临床应用价值.方法 选取2022年9月1日至2023年8月31日1年内上传至我院远程心电会诊中心的心电图病例,会诊中心通过远程会诊系统对西藏错那市中心医院心电图进行会诊,且对诊断结果频次汇总分析.结果 共会诊1275例,正常心电图33.96％(433/1275),异常心电图66.12％(843/1275),异常心电图以窦性心动过缓、前间壁R波递增不良、窦性心动过速、束支阻滞、ST-T变化、早搏多见.结论 实时远程心电图会诊系统的应用对提高西藏错那市中心医院心电图医生诊断水平、提高临床心电检查诊断的效率及正确率有指导意义.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application value of remote ECG in the medical union in the People's Hospital of Mina County,Xizang.Methods ECG cases uploaded to the remote ECG consultation center of our hospital within one year from September 1,2022 to August 31,2023 were selected.The consultation center consulted the ECG of the People's Hospital of Mina County,Xizang through the remote consultation system,and summarized and analyzed the frequency of the diagnosis.Results A total of 1275 cases were consulted,with a normal electrocardiogram of 33.96％(433/1275)and an abnormal electrocardiogram of 66.12％(843/1275).Abnormal electrocardiograms were more common,including sinus bradycardia,poor anterior septal R wave progression,sinus tachycardia,bundle branch block,ST-T changes,and premature beats.Conclusion The application of real-time remote ECG.Conclusions system has guiding significance for improving the diagnosis level of ECG doctors in the People's Hospital of Mina County,Xizang,and improving the efficiency and accuracy of clinical ECG diagnosis.
