综述经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后患者的心脏康复护理研究进展,包括康复前评估、健康教育、用药指导、运动康复护理、营养指导、精神心理(包括睡眠)护理和戒烟限酒指导,以明确护理人员的工作内容与职责,更好地指导PCI术后心脏康复护理工作,使患者获益更多.
Abstract
This article reviews the research progress on cardiac rehabilitation nursing for patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),including pre rehabilitation assessment,health education,medication guidance,exercise rehabilitation nursing,nutrition guidance,psychological(including sleep)nursing,and smoking and alcohol restriction guidance.The aim is to clarify the work content and responsibilities of nursing staff,better guide postoperative cardiac rehabilitation nursing,and benefit patients more.
