健胃消食口服液联合常规四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性十二指肠溃疡患者的临床研究

摘要
[目的]探讨健胃消食口服液联合常规四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性十二指肠溃疡患者的临床疗效.[方法]将确诊并治疗的180例Hp相关性十二指肠溃疡患者按随机数字表法分为联合组(90例)和对照组(90例).对照组给予常规四联疗法治疗,联合组加用健胃消食口服液治疗.比较2组患者临床疗效、Hp根除率、不良反应发生率以及治疗前后血清Nod样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平与临床症状积分变化.[结果]联合组患者临床治疗总有效率(85.56％)明显优于对照组(82.22％),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);,2组治疗后血清NLRP3、TNF-α水平均较治疗前明显降低,且联合组血清NLRP3、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后,2组上腹痛、上腹胀、嗳气、反酸以及胸骨后烧灼痛的症状积分明显降低,且联合组改善效果明显优于对照组(P＜0.05);联合组患者治疗后Hp根除率(92.22％)明显优于对照组(75.56％),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);联合组不良反应发生率(8.89％)明显低于对照组(17.78％)2组比较x2=3.077,P=0.079.[结论]健胃消食口服液联合常规综合治疗Hp相关性十二指肠溃疡患者能够获得显著疗效,可有效降低血清NL-RP3、TNF-α水平,改善患者临床症状积分,同时有效提高Hp根除率,安全性较高,值得临床应用.
Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jianweixiaoshi oral liquid combined with conventional quadruple therapy in the treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-related duode-nal ulcer.[Methods]A total of 180 patients diagnosed and treated with Hp-related duodenal ulcer were ran-domly divided into a combination group(90 cases)and a control group(90 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional quadruple therapy,and the com-bined group was additionally treated with Jianweixiaoshi oral liquid.The clinical efficacy,Hp eradication rate,incidence of adverse reactions,serum NLRP3,TNF-α levels and clinical symptom scores before and af-ter treatment were compared between the two groups.[Results]The total effective rate of clinical treatment of patients in the combination group(85.56％)was better than that of the control group(82.22％,P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum NLRP3 and TNF-α levels in the two groups were significantly reduced,and compared with the control group,the serum NLRP3 and TNF-α in the combination group was lower(P＜0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of upper abdominal pain,upper abdominal distension,heat-ing,acid reflux,and retrosternal burning pain in the two groups were significantly reduced,and compared with the control group,the improvement effect of the combined group was better(P＜0.05).Hp eradica-tion rate(92.22％)of patients in the combination group was significantly better than that of the control group(75.56％,P＜0.05).Compared with the control group(17.78％),the rate of adverse reactions in the combination group(8.89％)was lower(x2=3.077,P=0.079).[Conclusion]Jianweixiaoshi oral liquid com-bined with conventional comprehensive treatment of patients with Hp-related duodenal ulcer can achieve significant curative effect.It can effectively reduce serum NLRP3 and TNF-α levels,improve patients'clini-cal symptom scores,and effectively increase Hp eradication rate,which is safe,and worthy of clinical appli-cation.
