摘要
[目的]评估消化日间病房治疗胃底腺息肉病的可行性和安全性.[方法]收集胃底腺息肉病患者34例,其中日间病房16例、普通病房18例,均接受内镜下切除术治疗.对比日间病房与普通病房的术中及术后并发症发生率、息肉切除率;再将全部患者分为麻醉组(16例)和非麻醉组(18例)对比术中及术后并发症发生率、息肉切除率.[结果]日间病房组与普通病房组、麻醉组与非麻醉组患者临床临床资料比较差异无统计学意义.34例患者手术过程中无一例出现术中穿孔、术后出血及穿孔.日间病房组与普通病房组患者的手术并发症发生率、息肉切除率比较均差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);麻醉组与非麻醉组术中出血比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),息肉切除率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).[结论]消化日间病房收治胃底腺息肉病是安全的、可行的.
Abstract
[Objective]Assessing the safety and feasibility of gastric fundus polyp treatment in intra day ward.[Methods]Total 34 patients suffered gastric fundus polyp were enrolled,in which 16 cases were trea-ted in intra day ward and 18 were treated in common ward.We performed endoscopic resection for every patient.All the data were collected and the intraoperative and postoperative complication rate of gastric fundus polyp treatment between intra day ward and common ward were compared between the two group.Similarly,the intraoperative and postoperative complication rate between anesthesia group and non-anes-thesia group were compared.[Results]The basic clinical manifestation between intra day ward group vs common ward group and anesthesia group vs non-anesthesia group was the same.There were not significant difference in resection rate,intraoperative and postoperative complication rate between intra day ward group and common ward group.For the anesthesia group and non-anesthesia group,the resection rate in anesthesia group was significant different from non-anesthesia group,other indicators were not statistically different between the two groups.[Con-clusion]Gastric fundus polyp treatment in intra day ward is safe and feasible.
