探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗儿童反复上呼吸道感染合并腹泻的临床疗效分析

摘要
[目的]探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌散对反复上呼吸道感染伴腹泻患儿的影响.[方法]选取确诊的反复上呼吸道感染伴腹泻患儿80例.采取随机数字法将80例患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例.对照组患儿给予常规治疗,治疗组患儿在对照组的基础上加用双歧杆菌三联活菌散,治疗2周;随访3个月.比较患儿治疗前后腹泻次数、随访3个月内上呼吸道感染次数、腹泻次数及上呼吸道感染伴腹泻次数.[结果]治疗组治疗后腹泻次数较对照组少,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).出院1个月随访,治疗组复发率10.0％,对照组复发率12.5％;出院3个月随访,治疗组复发率22.5％,对照组复发率32.5％.治疗组患儿均对双歧杆菌三联活菌散耐受性良好.[结论]双歧杆菌三联活菌散可减少腹泻次数及上呼吸道感染伴腹泻次数,且患儿耐受性良好.
Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the impact of bifidobacterium triple viable powder on recurrent up-per respiratory tract infections(URTIs)children complicated with diarrhea.[Methods]From January 2020 to October 2021,80 children with recurrent URTIs and diarrhea was recruited in the Yangzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital.By using random number table,recurrent URTIs children complicated with di-arrhea cases were evenly divided into control group(n=40)and therapy group(n=40).Children in therapy group received bifidobacterium tripe viable powder based on conventional treatment,while children in con-trol group received the conventional treatment.All children were followed up for 3 months.[Results]The number of diarrhea in the treatment group after treatment was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group and control group were respectively 10.0％and 12.5％when the children discharged from the hospital for 1 month.The recurrence rate in the treatment group and control group were respectively 22.5％and 32.5％when the children discharged from the hospital for 3 months.Children in therapy group demonstrated good tolerance to bifidobacterium triple viable.[Conclusion]Bifidobacterium triple viable is effective in reducing the number of episodes of diarrhea or recurrent URTIs with diarrhea.And the children of the therapy group well tolerated with the bifidobacterium triple viable powder.
