摘要

[目的]探讨以情景案例为前导的培训方式在消化内科规培护士中的应用效果.[方法]选取规培护士 18人作为培训对象,按入科时间将规培护士分为对照组(2018、2019年规培护士)和观察组(2020、2021年规培护士)各9人.对照组按照传统的方式进行入职培训,观察组按照以情景案例为前导的培训方式培训进行入职培训,比较2组规培护士专科理论、操作技能、应急能力、沟通能力、患者满意度,分析问题和解决问题的能力评分.[结果]观察组规培护士在以情景案例为前导的培训后,专科理论、操作技能、综合技能、人沟通能力、理论与操作结合能力、自主学习能力、理论深入理解与临床护理思维能力均高于对照组.[结论]实施以案例为前导的培训方式能更好的让规培护士专科理论与实践相结合,快速适应临床工作,为患者提供更优质的护理,提高患者满意度.

Abstract

[Objective]TTo investigate the application effect of scenario based training methods in the standardized training of nurses in the gastroenterology department.[Method]Eighteen trained nurses were selected as training objects,and were divided into control group(trained nurses in 2018 and 2019)and obser-vation group(trained nurses in 2020 and 2021)with 9 in each group according to the admission time.The control group received traditional onboarding training,while the observation group received onboarding training using scenario based training methods.The two groups were compared in terms of specialized theo-ries of trained nurses Scoring of operational skills,emergency response ability,communication ability,pa-tient satisfaction,ability to analyze and solve problems.[Results]After the training led by situational cases,the regular training nurses in the observation group had higher professional theory,operational skills,com-prehensive skills,human communication ability,the ability to combine theory with operation,independent learning ability,theoretical in-depth understanding and clinical nursing thinking ability than those in the control group.[Conclusion]In the Department of Gastroenterology,implementing a case-based training ap-proach can better integrate the theory and practice of specialized training nurses,quickly adapt to clinical work,provide patients with better quality care,and improve patient satisfaction.
