摘要
[目的]探讨早期结直肠癌及癌前病变行内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)治疗发生非治愈性切除的危险因素.[方法]收集行ESD治疗的96例早期结直肠癌或癌前病变患者的临床和病理资料,采用单因素和多因素分析方法分析ESD非治愈性切除相关危险因素.[结果]96例中治愈性切除患者80例,非治愈性切除患者16例.单因素分析及多因素分析结果显示,病变的浸润深度及凹陷型病变是早期结直肠癌及癌前病变ESD非治愈性切除的独立危险因素(P＜0.05).[结论]早期结直肠癌及癌前病变的浸润深度及凹陷型病变与ESD非治愈性切除有关.
Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the risk factors of non-curative resection in early colorectal cancer and precancerous lesions treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).[Methods]The clinical and pathological data of 96 patients with early colorectal cancer or precancerous lesions treated with ESD were collected.The risk factors associated with non-curable ESD resection were analyzed by univariate and mult-ivariate analysis.[Results]Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis showed that the depth of invasion and concave lesions were independent risk factors for ESD non curative resection of early colorectal cancer and precancerous lesions(P＜0.05).[Conclusion]The depth of invasion and sunken lesions of early colorec-tal cancer and precancerous lesions are related to non-curative resection of ESD.
