摘要
随着免疫检查点抑制剂的发现和成功应用,肿瘤免疫治疗成为肿瘤临床治疗的又一有效手段.本文从细胞免疫治疗、免疫检查点抑制剂和双特异性抗体3个方面对肿瘤免疫治疗的现状及存在的问题和挑战进行综述.
Abstract
With the development and successful application of immune checkpoint inhibitors,tumor immunotherapy has returned to another effective means in the clinical treatment of tumor.Here,we briefly reviews the current status of cumor im-munotherapy three aspects:cell therapy,immune checkpoint inbhitors,and bispecific antibodies,and disscussed the existing problems and challenges.
