利妥昔单抗致听力、视力损伤及腹部皮肤隆起一例

摘要
本文报道1例53岁女性患者因膜性肾病使用利妥昔单抗治疗后,出现听力下降、视力模糊以及下腹部皮肤隆起,考虑为利妥昔单抗所致的不良反应.停用利妥昔单抗40 d后,上述症状逐渐恢复正常,后患者再未使用该药物治疗,提示随着利妥昔单抗在临床的广泛使用,其不良反应的发生呈多样化,应引起临床重视,提高用药安全.
Abstract
The article reported a case of a 53-year-old female patient with membranous nephropathy who developed hearing loss,blurred vision,and skin bulge of the lower abdomen after treatment with rituximab,which is considered as an ad-verse reaction caused by rituximab.After 40 days of discontinuation of rituximab,the symptoms gradually returned to normal,and the patient did not restart the drug therapy.It is suggested that with the wide clinical use of rituximab,the occurrence of adverse reactions is diversified,and clinical attention should be paid to improve drug safety.
