摘要
通过检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、中华医学期刊全文数据库、PubMed、Embase、the Co-chrane Library、UpToDate等文献数据库并评价检出文献证据,在循证证据的支持下,结合精神专科医师、药师的工作实践,医师、药师、护师等多学科团队协作,制订了酒精戒断综合征的药物治疗管理路径.内容包括酒精戒断综合征的药物治疗管理的工作流程、工作表格、药物监护标准化等,以期促进酒精戒断综合征药物治疗的规范性,改善患者的治疗结局.
Abstract
This study conducted a comprehensive literature search across databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,Chinese Medical Journal Full-Text Database,PubMed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,and UpToDate.Evidence from the retrieved literature was assessed,and based on the practical experience of psychiatrists and pharmacists,a multidisciplinary team including physicians,pharmacists,and nurses established a clinical pathway for the management of pharmacological treatment for alcohol withdrawal syndrome.This pathway incorporates workflows,work-sheets,and standardized protocols for medication monitoring,aiming to enhance the standardization of pharmacological treat-ment for alcohol withdrawal syndrome and improve patient outcomes.
