摘要
本文介绍临床药师参与1例鼻源性脑脓肿抗感染治疗的案例,协助制订美罗培南联合万古霉素抗感染治疗方案,根据万古霉素血药浓度调整用药剂量,监测不良反应并提出抗癫痫药物更换方案,最终治疗成功.本例患者的抗感染治疗及药学监护为该类疾病的临床治疗提供参考.
Abstract
This article presents a case of sinogenic intracranial abscesses where clinical pharmacists participated in the patient's whole course of treatment.Clinical pharmacists assisted in the formulation of the antimicrobial regimen of meropenem combined with vancomycin adjusted the dose according to the blood concentration of vancomycin,monitored the adverse reactions and proposed the anti-epileptic drug replacement regimen.And the patient was treated successfully.This article provides some references for antimicrobial treatment and pharmaceutical care for similar cases.
