Clinical pharmacist participated in the treatment of the skin and soft tissue infection by mycobacterium fortuitum:a case report
This case report described the treatment of a patient who suffered from skin and soft tissue infection by myco-bacterium fortuitum.Clinical pharmacists the treatment pathway according to the literatures and patients'conditions.The final therapy was determined to be ciprofloxacin combined with doxycycline and clinical pharmacists also conducted pharmaceuti-cal care.After treatment,the patient's condition improved significantly and there was no adverse drug reaction.
