摘要
洛替拉纳是一种新型异口恶唑啉类化合物,是γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)受体非竞争性拮抗剂.2023年7月,FDA批准其滴眼液上市,用于治疗成人蠕形螨睑缘炎.本品可通过拮抗GABA受体使眼部寄生虫表现出痉挛性麻痹,导致其饥饿和死亡.本文拟就洛替拉纳滴眼液的药理作用、药动学、临床评价、安全性、用法用量等进行综述.
Abstract
Lotilaner is a novel isoxazoline compound and a non-competitive antagonist of gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA)receptors.In July 2023,the U.S.FDA approved lotilaner for the treatment of adult Demodex blepharitis.By inhibit-ing GABA receptors,lotilaner can cause spastic paralysis in Demodex mites,leading to starvation and death.This article aims to review the pharmacology,pharmacokinetics,clinical evaluation,safety,dosage and administration of lotilaner.
