目的 了解我国各地静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)收费情况，为我国PIVAS收费标准的制订及修订提供参考。方法 收集截至2023年12月31日各省(自治区、直辖市)颁布的有关静脉用药调配中心配置收费标准的文件。计算机检索中国知网、维普、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Embase、the Cochrane Library和Web of Science数据库及网站收录的中国有关医疗机构PIVAS收费相关的文献，采用Excel和SPSS工具对结果进行分析。结果 已发表有关PIVAS收费的文献10篇，所述医疗机构分布于云南、湖南、甘肃、河北、山东、四川、河南、重庆及宁夏9个省(自治区、直辖市)。共计31个省(自治区、直辖市)抗肿瘤药物和肠外营养(TPN)设立了收费标准。18个省(直辖市、自治区)颁布了普通药物和抗菌药物的收费标准，占比58%(18/31)。华北(河北、山西)和华中(河南、湖北及湖南)地区普通药物、抗菌药物、抗肿瘤药物和TPN均已设立收费标准，相较于全国其他地区收费更加完善。普通药物、抗菌药物、抗肿瘤药物和TPN的中位收费标准分别为3、4、18和28元;河北、山东、湖北和云南4省普通药物、抗菌药物、抗肿瘤药物和TPN收费价格存在差异。结论 医疗机构建立PIVAS是必然的，但由于其运行成本较高，设置合理的收费标准势在必行。
Investigation and development analysis of charges for pharmacy intravenous admixture service in China
Objective To investigate the charging status of pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS)in various regions of China,and to a provide reference for the formulation and revision of the charge standards of PIVAS in China.Methods Documents related to the charging standards for PIVAS configurations issued by provinces(municipalities,autonomous regions)by December 31st,2023,were collected.A search was conducted on CNKI,VIP Database,Wanfang,China Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,and Web of Science and websites for literature related to the current charging status of PIVAS in Chinese medical institutions.Using Excel and SPSS to analyze the results.Results A total of 10 published articles related to PIVAS charging were identified,with medical institutions distributed across nine provinces(autonomous regions)including Yunnan,Hunan,Gansu,Hebei,Shandong,Sichuan,Henan,Chongqing,and Ningxia.Charging standards for antitumor drugs and total parenteral nutrition(TPN)have been established in 31 provinces(municipalities,autonomous regions).18 provinces(municipalities,autonomous regions)have issued charging standards for general drugs and antibiotics,accounting for 58%(18/31).Northern China(Hebei,Shanxi)and Central China(Henan,Hubei,and Hunan)have established charging standards for general drugs,antibiotics,antitumor drugs,and TPN,indicating more sophisticated fee structures compared to other regions in China.The median charging standards for general drugs,antibiotics,antitumor drugs,and TPN in China are 3,4,18,and 28 yuan,respectively.4 provinces,Hebei,Shandong,Hubei,and Yunnan,have implemented differentiated pricing for general drugs,antibiotics,antitumor drugs,and TPN,resulting in more reasonable charging standards.Conclusions The establishment of PIVAS in medical institutions is a general trend,but due to their high operating costs,setting reasonable charging standards is imperative.
