摘要
本文报道2例胃癌术后患者在应用程序性死亡受体-1(PD-1)抑制剂治疗过程中引发肾上腺皮质功能减退,并结合文献资料对2例继发性肾上腺皮质功能减退的发生和治疗过程进行梳理,以期为医师和药师对PD-1抑制剂引起肾上腺皮质功能减退症的鉴别、诊断、治疗提供参考.
Abstract
This article presents two case reports of secondary hypoadrenocorticism following treatment with programmed death receptor-1(PD-1)inhibitors in postoperative gastric cancer patients.We have integrated literature data to analyze the development and management of secondary hypoadrenocorticism in these patients,with the goal of providing a reference for physicians and pharmacists in the identification,diagnosis,and management of hypoadrenocorticism associated with PD-1 inhibitor therapy.
