Two case reports of programmed death receptor-1 inhibitor-induced secondary hypoadrenocorticism and literature analysis
This article presents two case reports of secondary hypoadrenocorticism following treatment with programmed death receptor-1(PD-1)inhibitors in postoperative gastric cancer patients. We have integrated literature data to analyze the development and management of secondary hypoadrenocorticism in these patients, with the goal of providing a reference for physicians and pharmacists in the identification, diagnosis, and management of hypoadrenocorticism associated with PD-1 inhibitor therapy.
