新型抗肿瘤药物致心脏毒性的文献计量学分析

目的 了解新型抗肿瘤药物导致的心脏毒性类研究的热点和趋势。方法 在 Web of Science 核心合集(WoSCC)数据库中,检索已发表的新型抗肿瘤药物所致心脏毒性的文献,检索时限为建库至2024年2月27日。导入VOSviewer 和 CiteSpace 软件进行文献作者、国家、机构被引文献等数据的分析及可视化。结果 共纳入532篇文献,包括3290位作者,1101家机构,63个国家/地区,文献共引用了来自3202种期刊合计15 021位作者的19 740篇文章。其中,美国的贡献最为卓越,Moslehi,JavidJ。是产出最多的作者。关键词分析显示,immune checkpoint inhibitor(免疫检查点抑制剂)、management(管理)、therapy(治疗)是高频关键词,目前研究聚焦于新型抗肿瘤药物所致心脏毒性的管理和治疗。结论 新型抗肿瘤药物导致的心脏毒性发文数量逐渐增加,新型抗肿瘤药物诱发心血管事件/毒性的治疗、管理已成为潜在的热点。
Bibliometric analysis of cardiotoxicity due to novel antitumor drugs
Objective To understand the hotspots and trends in research related to cardiotoxicity caused by novel anticancer drugs.Methods We searched the Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)database for published literature on cardiotoxicity caused by novel anticancer drugs from the inception of the database to February27,2024.The remaining documents were imported into VOSviewer and CiteSpace software for analysis and visualization of the data on authors,countries,institutions,and cited references.Results A total of 532 articles were included,including 3290 authors,1101 institutions,and 63 countries/regions.The articles collectively cited 19740 articles from 3202 journals with 15021 authors.The United States made the most significant contribution,with Moslehi,Javid J.being the most prolific author.Keyword analysis revealed that"immune checkpoint inhibitor""management"and"therapy"were high frequency keywords,indicating that current research is focused on the management and treatment of cardiotoxicity due to novel anticancer drugs.Conclusion The number of publications on cardiotoxicity induced by novel anticancer drugs is gradually increasing.The treatment and management of cardiovascular events/toxicity induced by novel anticancer agents have emerged as potential hotspots.
