正确的获取使用文献与数据是药品综合评价的重要环节,可提升评价过程的严谨性,确保评价结果的可靠性、权威性与科学性.本章分类介绍了国内外典型数据库资源,同时还讨论了文献检索技巧、文献证据的评估方法以及文献使用的系统流程,以构建药品综合评价研究所需的文献与数据支持体系,供研究者在药品综合评价实践中参考和利用.
Abstract
In the process of comprehensive drug evaluation,correct acquisition and utilization of literature and data are an important step which can enhance the rigorousness of the evaluation process and ensure the reliability,authority,and scientificity of the evaluation results.In this chapter,typical domestic and international database resources are classified,literature retrieval techniques,evaluation methods of literature evidence,and systematic process of literature use are discussed,and a supporting system of literature and data required for comprehensive drug evaluation is constructed for researchers'reference and practice.
