摘要
目的 分析人促红素注射液联合多糖铁复合物胶囊对维持性血液透析(MHD)肾性贫血患者贫血指标及铁代谢指标的影响.方法 选择2020年2月至2022年2月在郑州大学第一附属医院就诊的100例MHD肾性贫血患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例.对照组给予多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予人促红素注射液治疗.比较两组临床疗效、贫血指标[血细胞比容(Hct)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)]、铁代谢指标[铁调素(Hepc)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)、铁蛋白(SF)]及不良反应总发生率.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.00％(48/50),对照组为74.00％(37/50),比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组治疗后Hct、Hb、RBC均高于对照组,Hepc低于对照组,TRF、TSAT、SF均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组不良反应总发生率与对照组比较,差异未见统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 人促红素注射液联合多糖铁复合物胶囊可有效改善MHD肾性贫血患者贫血症状,促进铁代谢,缓解乏力、心悸等症状,且联合用药未增加不良反应,安全有效.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of human erythropoiesis injection combined with polysaccharide iron complex capsule on anemia indexes and iron metabolism indexes in patients with renal anemia in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods A total of 100 patients with MHD renal anemia who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected for this study.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given polysaccharide iron complex capsule treatment,and the observation group was given human erythropoitin injection treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,anemia indexes[hemocrit(Hct),hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell count(RBC)],iron metabolism indexes[ferriregulation hormone(Hepc),transferrin(TRF),transferrin saturation(TSAT),ferritin(SF)]and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of observation group(96.00％,48/50)was higher than that of the control group(74.00％,37/50),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hct,Hb and RBC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Hepc in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05),and the levels of TRF,TSAT and SF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was compared with that in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusions Human erythropoiesis injection combined with polysaccharide iron complex capsule can effectively improve the anemia symptoms of MHD renal anemia patients,promote iron metabolism,relieve fatigue,palpitation and other symptoms,and the combination of drugs did not increase the adverse reactions,which is safe and effective.
