Curative effect of balloon dilation combined with thrombectomy on intracranial artery stenosis with acute occlusion
Objective To investigate the effect of balloon dilation combined with thrombectomy on intracranial artery stenosis with acute occlusion. Methods A total of 121 patients with intracranial artery stenosis with acute occlusion in Zhumadian First People's Hospital from March 2019 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the treatment methods, they were divided into study group and control group. In the study group,60 cases were treated with interventional thrombolysis combined with balloon expansion. In the control group,61 cases were treated with conventional stent thrombectomy. The postoperative vascular revascularization rate, the hemodynamic indexes[fibrinogen, plasma viscosity(PV),whole blood high tangential viscosity and whole blood low tangential viscosity]before and after surgery, the neurological function before and after treatment[National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)].Results The vascular revascularization rate in the study group(83.3%,38/61)was higher than that in the control group(62.3%,50/60)(P<0.05).Before surgery, there was no significant difference in the hemodynamic indexes between the two groups(P>0.05),but after surgery, the hemodynamic indexes of the two groups were improved compared with the preoperative ones, and the study group was more improved than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in neurological function between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05),but the neurological function of the two groups was improved after surgery, and the study group was more improved than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Interventional thrombolysis combined with balloon dilatation has a better effect on intracranial artery stenosis with acute occlusion, which can not only improve the vascular revasculation rate, but also improve the hemodynamic indexes and the neurological function.
