Rotarex mechanical thrombus extraction system in the treatment of in-stent restenosis in lower limb atherosclerotic occlusive disease
Objective To investigate the effect of Rotarex mechanical thrombus extraction system on in-stent restenosis of lower extremity atherosclerotic occlusive disease. Methods A total of 58 patients with intra-stent restenosis of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliteration treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 29 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Fogarty catheterization, and the observation group was treated with Rotarex mechanical thrombectomy. The blood indexes[red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),D-dimer(D-D),fibrinogen(Fib)],ankle-brachial index and prognosis(number of successful recirculation cases, number of recurrence cases, number of amputations, number of complications)of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of D-D and Fib in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, but there was no significant difference in RBC,Hb,D-D and Fib between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the ankle-brachial indexes in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of successful recanalization cases between the two groups(P>0.05),and the number of recurrence cases, amputation cases and complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The Rotarex mechanical retrieval system for the treatment of in-stent restenosis in lower limb atherosclerotic occlusive disease can effectively improve the patients'coagulation and ankle-brachial index, and reduce their risks of recurrence, amputation, and complications, safeguard their prognosis.
