Effect of ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil intraspinal anesthesia on labor analgesia and its influence on labor process
Objective To investigate the effect of ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil intravertebral anesthesia on labor analgesia and its influence on labor process. Methods A total of 80 parturients admitted to Zhengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the methods of labor analgesia, they were divided into conventional group and analgesia group, with 40 cases in each group. The conventional group received routine labor, and the analgesia group received ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil intraspinal anesthesia for analgesia.Labor time, delivery mode, postpartum pain, neonatal Apgar score and postpartum complications were compared between the two groups. Results The labor time(first stage of labor, second stage of labor, third stage of labor, total stage of labor, etc.)in the analgesic group was shorter than that in the conventional group, the natural delivery rate was higher than that in the conventional group, the pain score at different time after delivery was lower than that in the control group, the neonatal Apgar score was higher than that in the conventional group, and the postpartum complication rate was lower than that in the conventional group, with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil intravertebral anesthesia in labor analgesia is helpful to shorten labor time, reduce postpartum pain, improve postpartum Apgar score of newborns, increase natural delivery rate and reduce postpartum complications.
