精液TEX101、ECM1、ACRV1联合检测对男性不育的诊断价值

摘要
目的 探讨精液中睾丸表达蛋白101(TEX101)、细胞外基质蛋白1(ECM1)、精子顶体小泡蛋白-1(ACRV1)联合检测对男性不育的诊断价值.方法 选择2022年6月至2023年12月新乡市中心医院收治的98例男性不育患者为研究组,另选同期98例健康男性志愿者为对照组.检测两组受试人员精液中TEX101、ECM1、ACRV1水平.采用受试者工作特征曲线的AUC分析精液中TEX101、ECM1、ACRV1水平对男性不育的诊断价值.结果 两组TEX101、ECM1、ACRV1水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).TEX101、ECM1、ACRV1单独诊断男性不育的灵敏度为95％、94％、94％,特异度为96％、97％、97％,联合诊断的灵敏度为97.96％,特异度为93.88％,准确度为95.92％.结论 精液中TEX101、ECM1、ACRV1的表达量检测可作为男性不育的潜在标志.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of testicular expression protein 101(TEX101),extracellular matrix protein 1(ECM1)and acrosomal vesicular protein-1(ACRV1)in semen in male infertility.Methods A total of 98 male infertility patients admitted to Xinxiang Central Hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study group,and 98 healthy volunteers from the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of TEX101,ECM1 and ACRV1 in semen of the two groups were detected.The diagnostic value of TEX101,ECM1 and ACRV1 levels in semen in male infertility was analyzed by AUC of subject working characteristic curve.Results There were significant differences in the levels of TEX101,ECM1 and ACRV1 between the two groups(P＜0.05).The sensitivity of TEX101,ECM1 and ACRV1 for single diagnosis of male infertility was 95％,94％,94％,and the specificity was 96％,97％,97％;the sensitivity of combined diagnosis was 97.96％,the specificity was 93.88％,and the accuracy was 95.92％.Conclusions TEX101,ECM1 and ACRV1 expression in semen can be used as a potential marker of male infertility.
