Analysis of Supply-Demand Relationship of Ecological Products from the"Three North"Shelterbelt Forest based on Public Goods Theory
The"Three North"Shelterbelt Program is a key program in ecological protection and restoration,which has been implemented simultaneously with the reform and opening up.From the perspective of public goods theory,the ecological products from the"Three North"shelterbelt forest fall within the category of public goods.Further improving the protection of ecological environment in the"Three North"shelterbelt region is essentially to continuously increase the effective supply of ecological products and orderly regulate the supply-demand relationship of ecological products.This paper elaborates on the supply-demand relationship of ecological products from the"Three North"shelterbelt forest from the perspectives of supply and demand,respectively,and analyzes the game relationship among the three factors that affect the supply-demand relationship,i.e.,government,market and society.It is believed that the positive interaction among the three factors is conducive to promoting the effective supply and demand of ecological products from the"Three North"shelterbelt forest,which has promoted the continuous improvement of China's ecological environment.At present,the key to optimizing the supply-demand relationship of ecological products from the"Three North"shelterbelt forest is to promote collaborative governance among government,market,and society,strengthen the publicity and education of the ecological products,establish an evaluation system for the ecological products,and improve the value realization mechanism.
